Terms of Use

Nomad Babe is a community for women. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Access is invite-only — you join through the waitlist or receive an invitation from an existing member.

By using Nomad Babe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Use your real name and a recent photo — impersonating someone else or creating misleading profiles isn't allowed.

Keep your login credentials private. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You keep ownership of what you share: reviews, posts, photos, and other content. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and show that content as part of running the platform — for example, your reviews appearing on city pages or your posts appearing in the community feed.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't share content you don't have the right to share.

Nomad Babe is a space for nomad women. Keep it that way. The following are not allowed:

• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse toward any member
• Spam or unsolicited promotion of businesses or services
• Fake or deliberately misleading information
• Sexual content or content that sexualizes other members
• Content that violates applicable law

We'll remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly do. We'll try to give notice when practical.

Scores, safety ratings, and other city data on Nomad Babe are contributed by community members. We don't verify this data, and it may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Treat it as a starting point — do your own research before making travel or safety decisions.

Nomad Babe is not a travel agency, safety authority, or professional advisory service. The platform is not a substitute for independent research, local knowledge, or professional advice.

We can remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or end access if we believe it's necessary to protect the community or comply with applicable law. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

Nomad Babe's name, logo, design, and original content are our property. You may not use them without our written permission.

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, email us at hello@nomadbabeapp.com with details and we'll respond promptly.

We provide Nomad Babe as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, the accuracy of community-contributed data, or content posted by other members.

Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you have paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
